The Andean Coordinator of Indigenous OrganThe Andean Coordinator of Indigenous Organizations (CAOI) is a coordinating body for the Andean indigenous organizations of Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru and Colombia. It was constituted on July 17, 2006, in its Founding Congress, held in Cusco, Peru. </br></br>Its main objective is the full exercise of the rights of indigenous peoples, in particular self-determination, territory, consultation and prior, free and informed consent, against the criminalization of demands and the militarization of territories. </br></br>CAOI's central proposal is the construction of Good Living and Plurinational States.
