Labour is a development promotion organizaLabour is a development promotion organization with experience in incorporating environmental management into local, regional and national development processes.</br></br>In our beginnings, we achieved access to social and environmental justice for the population of Ilo, which led to a process of citizen empowerment and local development of that province.
