Description/notes
RED-PLAST is an organization whose goal is to give a second life to waste through recycling. Its activities revolve around the collection and recycling of industrial and household waste. She works with several actors, emphasizing the strong involvement of associations, women's groups and low-income people.
ED-PLAST was created in 2012 by a dynamic young Cameroonian just out of engineering school: Rodrigue Ngonde, 35 years old. At her side, the oldest employee Angèle is the Deputy General Manager in charge of quality and projects. The company has a representation of 40% of women and mobilizes more than 50 associations in waste collection.
