Description/notes
The Working Group on Gender and Climate is a community of practice and articulation composed especially of women from organizations of the Climate Observatory and invited people involved with the theme. The Climate Observatory (OC) understands that it should strengthen the relationship between gender and climate, involving different actors and knowledge, and proposing to bring an overview of both themes in Brazil, taking into account their various facets.
The Working Group (WG) intends to act on these themes through capacity building activities, technical production, articulation and communication, in order to integrate organizations that work with both agendas separately, towards an integrated action.
