Friends of Lake Turkana is a civil society organization founded almost ten years ago to work with communities in the Lake Turkana basin on environmental issues, community rights, conservation and governance. Our mission is to To foster social, economic and environmental justice in the Turkana Basin through the promotion of sustainable management of resources and protection of the natural environment with stakeholder participation.
