Description/notes

At Equidad we promote equality between women and men in Mexico. For more than 20 years we have influenced public policies with a gender perspective that have strengthened the citizen participation of women and their leadership.

In addition, we have a national and international presence in the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC); in the Major Group of Women as coordinators and following up on the sustainable development agenda, and in the UN Women Mexico Civil Society Advisory Group, among other scenarios.
