The Liaison Office (TLO) is an Afghan non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Kabul with regional offices in Paktia, Khost, Hirat and Nangarhar and additional field offices across Afghanistan. The Liason Office's mission is to strengthen, mobilize and empower communities across Afghanistan to advocate for peace, human rights, social and educational needs, and promote civic actions.
