Vietnam Committee on Human Rights (VCHR) is a non-profit organisation founded in Paris in October 1975. Its aims are to monitor human rights abuses in Vietnam, mobilize support for victims of human rights abuses and work for the promotion of democratic freedoms in Vietnam.

VCHR is a member of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH)
