Description/notes

Festivales Solidarios is a self-managed collective led by indigenous women, we are managers, researchers, designers, cultural managers and communicators who work: on historical memory, defence of territory and political prison from art and a decolonial focus.

We work nationally with itinerant caravans of art, and communication and we believe in education as fundamental for transformation, we defend mother earth, and water and fight for the freedom of indigenous leaders criminalized for defending mother earth. We have a school of exchange and we cling to hope and Alegria to fight from art and colours.

We work more specifically in territories, indigenous and mestizos that defend the territory, and we carry out communication, training and action campaigns in favour of the fight against the climate crisis.
