SAAPE is a network of NGOs, mass-based organisations, academics, trade unions, and community-based organisations working together towards the eradication of poverty and the protection of human rights and social justice in the region. Their mission is to aid in the process of establishing suitable mechanisms that ensure people’s genuine participation in decision-making processes at all levels to contribute towards poverty eradication.
