International Legal Initiative (ILI) is a non-profit non-governmental organization established in 2010. Since then, the ILI has become one of the leading human rights organizations in Kazakhstan, having an authoritative opinion and weight both among NGOs and in the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Its mission is educational and human rights activities that contribute to raising public awareness of human rights, their implementation and protection, as well as participation in legislative reforms in order to promote human rights.
