We chose the big cities so that we can reach a greater number of children. We were able to do through organization own fund. SHI has also managed to conduct a program of empowering girls and celebrating them every girl child day for three years consecutively in partnership with other NGOs. We have recently launched a women in diplomacy platform that aims at increasing awareness of diplomacy to young girls and boys in Secondary schools. We also have a program called FIITSANA which emphasizes community health, nutrition and environment. We are also in the process of creating 2D animations that are going to address gender-based violence both online and offline, to be disseminated in different schools. "
