INDIAN OCEAN HUMAN RIGHTS – Dis Moi, is a non-governmental organization whose aim is to promote and strengthen the culture of human rights within the Mauritian territory as well as in the South West Indian Ocean region. This objective is respected by the establishment of training in human rights and citizenship for ordinary Mauritians, advocacy and inter-regional connectivity of civil society.
