Initiative for Equality (IfE) is a global network of individual activists and partner organizations working to build more equal and participatory societies around the world.

We help to empower poor, socially excluded and marginalized communities by:

● amplifying the voices of community members in decision-making at the local, national and international levels, and working alongside them to advocate effectively for their priorities (Field Hearings Project)

● developing global collaborations and strategies on equality-related issues (Equity Action Collaborative Project)

● facilitating the formation of community-initiated, democratically-governed, sustainable economic development (Participatory Enterprises Project)
