Defensoria Ambiental is constituted by an interdisciplinary team that makes technical tools available to communities facing environmental conflicts.
We offer advice and legal representation to communities facing environmental conflicts, seeking to raise the position of people whose human right to live in a pollution-free environment has been violated or is under threat in the debate.
From a territorial approach, we make technical tools available to organized communities facing socio-environmental conflicts.
