Description/notes
CEAS is a service body of the Peruvian Episcopal Conference, for the defense and promotion of human rights from the Gospel and the Social Doctrine of the Church. Participates in the animation, advice, promotion and coordination of the Social Pastoral at the National level. It promotes a pastoral of Human Rights that consolidates justice, democracy, development and peace in Peru.
