|Description=Marinduque Council for Environmental Concerns is a church-based non-governmental organization working on environmental justice, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, social justice, and human rights issues. They performs tasks in relation to community orga­nizing, planning, policy advocacy, mentoring, education and training, networking and liaising and in strengthening its network.
