Vecinos Honduras is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that was born from the previous work of World Neighbors in the country. They envision rural families in Honduras improving their health, ability to access and dispose of more water and healthy food and having more capacity to manage local development initiatives.

To achieve this they aim to promote the conscious and organised participation of rural Honduran families that contributes to the full exercise of their rights to health, water and food, respecting and using resources in a sustainable manner.
