Partenariat pours le Développement Local (PDL) is a Haitian NGO committed to rebuilding rural Haiti as the foundation for the revitalization of the entire country. PDL has played a central role in creating a network of local leaders and organizations across the north of Haiti’s Central Plateau basin that is able to implement practical solutions that sustainably improve agricultural production, income generation, food security, health and natural resources management.
