Our mission is to alleviate poverty amongst vulnerable people especially women and youth through capacity development, sustainable entrepreneurship, and partnerships for sustainable development.

    The vehicle we use to achieve sustainable and inclusive rural development is grassroots entrepreneurship. Headquartered in Bulawayo and operating in seven districts the organization has mobilized more than 23726 people into 2663 Self- help Groups and trained 20947 people in entrepreneurship, starting up close to 14 000 profitable and sustainable enterprises.
