Young Power in Social Action (YPSA), an organization in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC) since 2013, is a voluntary non-profit organization for sustainable development registered with the different departments of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh including NGO Affairs Bureau contributing to national goals for making a difference in the lives of the population since its establishment in 1985. Under the theme of Environment and Climate change, it has been implementing different need-based projects including the rights-focused intervention of climate-forced displaced people. YPSA supports capacity-building efforts for people who have been displaced by climate change. YPSA takes a household-by-household approach to help families relocate, claim their rights, and secure their livelihoods while broadening awareness about the circumstances and needs of their communities.
